**Responsibilities**:

- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to Executive Director;
- Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary;
- Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments;
- Assist in the preparation of meeting materials and facilities;
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports and other documents;
- Taking minutes of meeting;
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure;
- Make travel arrangements for Director;
- Liaise with consultants, developers, lawyers, purchasers and clients;
- Undertake special assignment ad-hoc functions and business-related tasks as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Min. SPM & PSC / Diploma / Bachelor Degree or equivalent;
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Power point, Excel & Words;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficient in both written & spoken English;
- Good interpersonal skills & pleasant personality;
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills;
- Able to uphold confidentiality and perform sensitive data;
- Proactive with positive working attitudes, multi-tasking and able to work under minimum supervision;
- Ability to work independently and reliably;
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
- Preferably able to start work as soon as possible.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
