1. Attend to visitors and incoming calls to company general and fax lines.

3. Manage and order Business Cards for staff

4. Assist admin in matters related to recruitment

5. Manage monthly payment for American Express & Bank Islam Business Credit Cards

6. Renewal of company vehicles road tax & insurances

7. Provide Project Support;
i. Cash Advance for project and personnel.

ii. Bookings for Bus, Grab, Flight and Accommodation using credit cards

iii. Transportation Approval Request

8. Assist and Organize Company Activities;
i. Quarterly CSR Program

ii. Yearly Ramadhan Program

iii. Quarterly/Yearly Staff Program

9. PETRONAS License Renewal (PLMS System)

10. B. PETRONAS SMART by GEP System

Monitor regularly, coordinate respond and follow-up on (from all clients)

11. Registration with new clients, update company info, and follow-up on up-coming tenders, RFQ share, follow-up and coordinate with BD team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,999.00 per month
