Account Executive

1. To review, prepare payment voucher & verify invoices/bills of company.
2. Handle company’s monthly payments in accordance with approved procedures and agreed credit terms.
3. Manage and prepared full sets of accounts including Audit support matters.
4. Liaise with Banker, Company Secretary, Auditor, Tax Agent on banking and financial matters.
5. Ensure proper documentation and maintain systematic filing system of the Company’s day to day accounting transactions.
7. Maintaining daily bank balance register, bank reconciliation, sales register, submission of SST returns, collect bank statements and issuance of cheque.
8. Monitor and review reconciliation on regular basis.
9. Oversee overall Accounts process, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices.
10. Collect bank statements and issuance of cheque.
11. Report directly to Board of Director.
12. Perform any other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
**REQUIREMENT**
2. Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
3. Detailed with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive and able to meet tight deadline.
5. Ability to work independently, multitask & self-motivated with a positive outlook.
6. Fluent in English and Malay.
7. Able to start work immediately.

**Salary**: RM1,900.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
