To assist in day to day Reservation & Accounting in the administration works.

To handle basic accounts and accounting records, Account Payable and Account Receivables to ensure all accounts transactions are updated timely and accurately.

Perform data-entry, documentation, printing & filing duties.

Supporting management and executive staff by performing any assigned accounting and clerical tasks.

Handling general administrative duties and any other assignments given by Management.

Summaries staff payroll and overtime computations.

Receiving and processing all claim forms.

Handle daily accounting transaction including data entry, purchasing, invoicing, monthly claim, reimbursement and payments.

Oversee overall office administration.

To assist in any other tasks as and when required by the superior.

To issue quotation, invoice and official receipt.

Purchase office stuffs if needed

Filling of documentation

Assist of HR matter

Engage service providers if needed (ie: insurance, visa etc.)

Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
