This company, a leading international logistics company with offices in major ports in Malaysia are looking to recruit
_Customer Service Executive for their freight services_ and to join their freight operations team in Kelana Jaya.

**About the role**
As Freight services administrator, you will be responsible for providing high professional customer service and liaising the company's major customers, overseas partners and suppliers.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

- Plan, direct and control all logistics activities on a day to day basis.
- Manage day to day import/export bookings for sea freight shipments.
- Ensure all consignments are loaded onto computer system prior to arrival/departure either by EDI or manually.
- Maintain all files ensuring they are costed and invoiced prior to exports,delivered or released.
- Obtain relevant information from customers in order to complete Customs clearance, delivery or release of cargo.
- Keep operational staff and customers fully informed of any holds,exams or other areas which may cause delay to a shipment.
- Responsible for ensuring that all outstanding money/payments are collected prior to release/delivery of goods.
- Provide transporters with the relevant information to ensure customer delivery requirements are met.
- Malaysian female preferred; age 23-35.
- Possess tertiary qualification(Degree, Diploma).
- Some exposure to sea freight activities is preferred.
- Knowledge/understanding of Customs clearance.
- A pro-active personality with good communication skills is highly desirable.
- Must be proficient in English and BM; ability to speak Mandarin will be a plus.
- Ensure able to work at Kelana Jaya area in Petaling Jaya.
