Description

**Primary Objective**:

- To acquire new merchants and grow RHB Merchant business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Head to plan tasks required for delivery of Quest
- Support identification and interpretation of data/ reports/ research results
- Document and refine product specifications (documentation of deliverables of squad)
- Prepare reports/presentations based on the analysis for external & internal communications
- Source and analyse data for the creation of baseline, future state costs, FTE, process maps and any other analysis required for mission
- Analyse data and solves data-related issues
- Examine ways to better understand customer needs and potential improvement of team performance via data capture and analysis
- Responsible to manage the Leads, Discovery, Sales Pitch & Acceptance activities.
- Engage new customers and design customized solutions for all merchant services.
- Maintain up-to-date pipeline reports to track sales activities and plan customer calling activity
- Enhance usage and promote cross-selling of TB products & services by existing customers.
- Plan and execute customer engagements to remain the point of contact for customers/RMs.
- Track, plan customer calling activity and analyze the portfolio of customer.
- Provide feedback regarding market development, competitor capabilities & gaps to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Liaison person and provide assistance to distribution networks with regards to specific merchant products.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements**:Bachelor Degree - Degree / Professional qualifications in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines..
- Min 1-2 years’ experience in a related field
- Exposure to merchant’s business and cards payment solutions.

Awareness of market dynamics (supply and demand and price)
- Expertise and capability of performing tasks relevant to the domain and delivering required output
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to provide answers to impromptu questions
- Good communication skills (ability to communicate/collaborate with team members)

Ability to be patient and actively listens to others, and understands others' views
