We are hiring an administrative assistant CUM customer service for our growing PRESCHOOL and DAYCARE. The job scopes are as follows:

- Excellent in computer literacy and tech savvy (Especially using Google Forms, Drive, Excels & etc)
- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Keep records and reports up to date
- Help maintain the budget plan
- Help in managing invoices and fees for kindergarten & daycare
- Handle technical issues in their area of expertise
- Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones, preparing documents and completing the files
- Handling classes & assisting teachers whenever needed
- Attending meetings & training

Pay: RM1,300.00 - RM1,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (required)
