Customer Service Team Leader

This individual collaborates cross-functionally to lead a team working to achieve high customer satisfaction from order placement to order fulfillment. This may include key account management, order status, returns, e-commerce live chat, and customer engagement. This role acts as the direct supervisor leader to a group of customer service representatives.
Essential Job Requirements: Please use ( 3 Job Requirements O,B,T level roles; 5 Job requirements P level roles; 7 Job requirement M level roles DHR 3-5-7 Model- Collaborates with customers, sales, operations and supply chain to ensure accurate and timely information is provided in response to all customer inquiries.
- Partners with sales and customer service representatives to satisfy customer needs
- Serves as the point person for complex inquiries and escalations
- Ensures Pall’s policies and procedures are current and executed to compliantly meet requirements
- Coaches/mentors associates in their career development.
- Communicates Pall’s vision and leads by example
Minimum Qualifications: (List the minimum qualifications and experience this position requires. Only list those areas that are essential to this position. Be as specific as possible, i.e. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, 5 - 7 years relevant work experience).
- College degree or college coursework and minimum of 3 years work experience in customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Driven to deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
- Ability to solve customer problems and inquiries in a high demand, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Position Competencies (include behavioral characteristics and leadership capabilities)
Preferred competencies include:
- SAP or equivalent systems experience.
- Experience in customer service or customer facing role.
- Experience leading and supervising a team.
- Experience working in a cross functional environment with departments such as sales, shipping, engineering, etc.
- Experience working in a shared service environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer usage.
