**What you'll do**:
Assist the business development team in identifying new business opportunities in Malaysia by conducting research and analysis on potential partners and clients
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that includes account targeting, prospecting, and lead generation
Work with the business development team to build and manage a pipeline of potential clients and partners, and track progress against revenue targets
Participate in negotiations with partners and clients, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term relationships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of partnerships
Analyze market trends and competitor activity, and use this information to develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition
Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Provide regular reporting on business development activities, revenue, and forecasts to the management team
Act as an ambassador for Klook, representing the company and its values in all external interactions
**What you'll need**:
1-2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the travel or e-commerce industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with key partners and clients
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
