We are a fast growing Ecommerce Team in Hong Kong and seeking for new teammates to join us. If you are enthusiastic in Ecommerce and got related working experience, please contact us. You will be work from home and we offer attractive package for suitable freelancer.
JOB DUTIES
- Provide excellent customer experience in answering customer enquiries
- Handle order amendment in details
- Data Entry, and keep data update accurately and consistently
- Assist different departments for the smooth daily operation
- Finish any add hoc job provided by supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Good at Chinese and English reading and typing (good at Cantonese is preferred)
- At least 1 year working experience in Ecommerce with passion (experience in shopline and hktvmall platform is preferred)
- Sophisticated in office software (eg. google sheet, google drive..etc)
- Proactive, good communication skill and able to work independently
- Details, responsible, with good organisation and problem solving skills
- Higher Diploma or above
Work Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm and work from home.
**Job Type**: Freelance
**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
