**You Will**:
**What it’s Like to Work on Our Team**

You’ll begin with a 6-week training class where our training team will provide you the knowledge to succeed. Then you’ll have an additional orientation period where you’ll continue to work with your manager and teammates to get up-to-speed on providing top-notch service to our members.

**_ After successful completion of your orientation period and 6-months of service, you’ll move up to the Advisor level and receive a bump in your base pay_**

**_ You will support our UK CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) members and students and therefore is assigned to work UK hours and is eligible for our shift differential._**

**_ This work is eligible to work remotely and you would be provided equipment. Reliable high-speed internet service is required to ensure uninterrupted access to our virtual workplace._**

**You Have**:

- Good command of English - verbally and in writing.
- Ability to listen for our members needs and use probing questions to understand how you can best help.
- Attention to detail because you want to make sure that customers are handled well and on the first contact.
- Willing to go find the answer to a member’s question and you are happy to help share information you’ve learned with other teammates.
- Experience learning new processes and able to work on multiple systems simultaneously
- Reliable - our members rely on us and you are the human brand of the Association.
- Able to multi-task and can handle a high volume of work - during certain seasons, we are busy
- Able to provide high quality personalized service. Maybe you have worked in other contact centres or you’ve worked in other service industries.
