Job Responsibility
- Finding Franchisees in different regions as per assigned
- Map Territory and Identify opportunities for growth
- Sourcing prospective new franchisees
- Inquiry handling, creation of franchisee qualified leads database
- Negotiating and following up with in-bound leads, creating out-bound leads by visiting markets or through agents/brokers/franchisee agents
- Setting-up smooth functioning for franchisee
- Handling franchise closures
- Building and optimizing the distribution channel, managing the channel partners to ensure alignment with the overall performance objectives of the franchise
- Develop competencies, matrices, and processes required to create an effective and efficient delivery network
- Provide supervision through field visits, observations, and measurement of results to increase the efficiency of the franchises
- Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities and ensure compliance with applicable policies
- Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust delivery strategies
- Attend clinical meetings, seminars, and conferences as appropriate

Requirement
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Have people management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
