**Responsibilities**:

- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Perform full range of secretarial duties to MD.
- Attend to MD's personal work tasks.
- Can involve frequent travel.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum diploma qualification.
- At least 2 years of similar experience, preferably in the Investment/Banking industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking associates.
- Proactive, well-organized, meticulous, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Prefer Chinese Male.

- 能够流利地使用英语和普通话进行口语和书面交流,以便与说普通话的同事沟通。
- 具有主动性、条理清晰、工作细致,能够独立开展工作。
- 熟练掌握MS Office。
- 华人男生优先。
