**About the Client**
Our client works with public and private institutions to empower and facilitate innovations in education, bringing the best of academia, industry and technology together to empower the workforce and propel the nation.

**Responsibilities**
- Schedule meetings, events and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other documentation as required.
- Develop and maintain filing system.
- Maintain confidential department files/records.
- Prepare and edit reports, memos, and presentations.
- Handle other administration duties.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Mandarin, English & BM**:

- **At least 5 months of experience working as a PA**:

- Independent, dynamic, professionals, resourceful and able to communicate at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), and Social Media web platforms.
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and multitasking

**Remuneration**
Up to MYR 4,500

**Consultant in charge**

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
