As an office personal assistant, your main tasks involve:
- Helping manage schedules and appointments.
- Keeping the office organized and stocked.
- Assisting with documents and reports.
- Coordinating with others and making travel arrangements.
- Supporting events and projects.
- Researching as needed.
- Ensuring confidentiality and solving problems as they arise.

**Requirements**:
- Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or personal assistant.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Bahasa.
- Able to read, write, listen, and speak Mandarin Chinese.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
