The Sales Executive ensures flawless execution of field plans and activities in our General Trade Team to deliver and maximize sales growth potential and profitable channel growth.

**What You will be doing**:
Sell-out performance of all distributors and trade customers
- Set sales targets for Distributors' Salesman
- Plan & manage trade spending through allocation to Distributors and Sales Representatives

Territory Coverage
- Develop, execute, and update sales itinerary for the sales team to ensure 100% coverage on an agreed frequency
- Update and maintain the customer database

Responsible for Product Distribution & Sales Growth
- Ensure full compliance of outlet type must-have-list
- Timely implementation of promotional activities and or campaigns
- Maximise usage & update POS materials

Market Hygiene
- Responsible for market returns from distributor and customer at trade
- Organize clearance of aging stocks

Business Development
- New outlet penetration

Coaching Sales Representatives
- On-the-job coaching with distributor Sales Representatives

Market Intelligence
- Gather insights & information
- Communicate competitors’ activity at trade to management. For instance, Price increase, promotion, sampling activity, etc.

**What We are looking for**:

- At least a pass in Sijil Pelajaran Menengah (SPM) or its equivalent
- 3 years experience in distributorship and managing a sales team
- Able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Self-starter
- Go-getter

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
