**Sales Responsibilities**:

- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our services offerings.
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
- Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships.
- Will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and services strategies that align with the company 's overall objectives.
- Oversee sales teams, including hiring, training and motivating team members to achieve sales targets.
- Create reports on sales and service metrics, providing insight on performance and area of improvement.
- Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent customer services.
- Work closely with management team, to ensure that sales, services strategies and time-lines are aligned with overall company goals or customer's requirement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to sales and services teams, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration and innovation.
- Involvement in project enhancement discussions and future planning.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to Sales & Services.
- Performing other task required by management.

**Required skills and** **Qualifications**:

- Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
- Minimum at least 2 years of working experience in sales position within a fast paced and dynamic business environment, preferably working in the position of Senior Sales Manager.
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to lead as a sales and service team and manage their performance.
- Excellent marketing, persuading, interpersonal, communication skills & organizational skills.
- Result oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and meeting goals.
- Motivational speaking experience

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00
