Are you enthusiastic about maintaining precise financial records? We're seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our team and manage essential accounting functions.

**Responsibilities**:
Bank Reconciliation and Financial Reporting: Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare comprehensive management accounts.

Filing and Documentation: Maintain meticulous filing systems according to established guidelines, ensuring compliance with company protocols.

Document Management: Ensure the availability and proper documentation of essential forms and documents aligned with company operational systems.

Debt Management: Monitor monthly accounts, identify delinquent accounts and bad debts, and devise strategies to minimize debt while optimizing collections.

Records and Receivables: Maintain accurate records of received payments from clients, landlords, or tenants. Assume responsibility for efficient bookkeeping and management of accounts receivables.

Petty Cash and Accounts Receivable: Maintain, control, and reconcile petty cash and accounts receivable.

Bank Account Assistance: Assist in the opening and closing of bank accounts.

Support for Auditing: Assist external auditors in obtaining details and supporting evidence for auditing accounts.

Accounting Controls: Implement basic accounting controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Policy Adherence: Ensure adherence to all financial policies and rulings of the Company.

Cash Management: Responsible for all cash, cheque handling, and issuance of official receipts.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in accounting principles and financial management.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Able to communicate with tenant, landlord, client, and contractor/suppliers.

Diploma or Degree in Accounting.

Minimum 2 years experience.

Experience working in real estate agency will be a plus point

Fresh grade are encouraged to apply

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
