**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain reports on a regular basis
- Provide high-level administrative support, including managing schedules and appointments and take detailed minutes (if required)
- Coordinate travel arrangements for senior management
- Prepare reports and presentations with a high level of accuracy
- Conduct research and compile data as required
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and other client-facing documents
- Serve as the point of contact between the senior management and internal/external clients
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including answering phones, organizing files, and managing office supplies

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Diploma holder; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
