Accounts and Admin Assistant

General duties such as managing documents and key in data entry.
- To support and assist in daily operational, administration and accounts task.
- To handle basic accounting, invoice, and data entry.
- Maintain proper filling and recording of documents.
- Good time management and proper work management skills.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and other reports for management.
- Assisting in Fixed Assets Schedule reports
- To manage and prepare work instructions for the company.
- To assist all administrative matters for the company.
- To assist other ad-hoc task that assigned by manager/directors.
**Job Requirements**:
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and hardworking.
- Interested in learning new scopes and exploring further.
- High level of accuracy and efficiency
- At least 1 year of working experience.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Word and Excel.
- Experience in AutoCount Accounting system will be added advantage.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
