Administrative Assistant

Responsible for handling commissions payouts and ensuring accurate and timely calculation, processing, and recording of commissions for sales team and dealers.
- Assist with accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment collection and cash book posting.
- Inputting and updating data in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems accurately and efficiently.
- Filing and retrieving corporate documents, records and reports.
- Handling ad-hoc assignments when necessary.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
