**Position: Full-time Office Administrative Assistant**
**Job brief**:
We are looking for an Office Administrator Assistant to manage all administrative tasks in our office.
As an Office Administrator Assistant, you’ll need to report to Head of Administrator and wear many different hats; the planner, the problem-solver, the educator, and the counselor are a few of them. You should have the skills to communicate with various people, handle paperwork, and keep all educational programs running.
If you’re up to the task and committed to high-quality tasks, we’d like to meet you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle office paperwork
- Handle scheduling, record-keeping and reporting
- Develop and run educational programs
- Counsel students when needed
- Resolve conflicts and other issues
- Communicate with parents, regulatory bodies, and the public
- Assist the superior in handling the document work
- Ad hoc task
**Requirements and skills**:
- Able to communicate in Malay, English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of administrative processes of education
- Ability to use computers (e.g. MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Good judgment and decision-making aptitude
- Diploma and higher in Education or a similar field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
