**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in tracking and recording company expenses.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with bank deposits, reconciliations, and financial transactions.
- Support payroll processing by maintaining employee records and assisting in calculations.
- Generate financial reports as needed for management.
- Coordinate travel bookings and accommodations for staff as needed.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations.
- Manage communication with clients and vendors, facilitating smooth interaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and responsibilities.
- Part time and full timer are welcome

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
