- Prepare the necessary papers and materials for final examinations and resit examinations.
- Communicate with lecturers on matters pertaining to examinations papers, moderation, invigilation duties, marking and submission of marked answer scripts and marks.
- Obtain collated copies of examinations papers and answers to be sent for moderation.
- Prepare necessary documents for courier -moderation of question papers, marked answer scripts, etc
- Prepare statistical data for Pre-Board of Examiners’ Meetings / Subject Board Meetings and Examinations Board Meetings’ reports.
- Invigilate examinations under special circumstances.
- Attend departmental and other relevant staff meetings, Examinations Board Meetings.
- Attend to phone calls / window services from students / parents / staff.
- Participate in Academic Awards Meeting and help in the running of the presentation.
- Participate in the Graduation Ceremony and help in the running.
- All other duties as allocated.
