**Responsibilities**:
1. Acts as the CEO’s representative and point of contact with corporate departments, private sectors, and government entities.

2. Oversee and delegate work to others in the administrative department.

3. Assist CEO and top management in reviewing company goals and ensuring the company complies to regulatory requirements.

4. Plan, schedule, research and run management meetings and company events.

5. Produce memo, announcement, policies & procedures, company profile and reports.

**Requirements**:
1. At least 7 years working experience in administrative role with 3 years in a managerial position, preferably in a process manufacturing environment.

2. At least an undergraduate degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

3. Work mode - must be onsite.

4. Must be able to communicate in English, Malay, and Chinese in speaking, writing & reading.

5. Total of 22 subordinates. 1 Admin Manager & 4 Executive (Services) direct report.
