Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, scanning, prepare minute meeting, maintain supplies inventory and etc.
- Makes travel arrangements such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
- Experience in prepare purchase order, delivery order and invoices/procurement process
- Monitor staff attendance

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Putrajaya (preferred)
