Provide administrative assistance to the sales and marketing team on general administrative tasks.
- Handling calls with customer services on behalf of clients.
- Perform basic bookkeeping and monitor inventory levels.
- Manage delivery of goods to clients, serving as a liaison between the courier and the customer service team.
- Support manager in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks, including submitting claims, collecting reports, and facilitating client deliveries.
- Maintain and update content and news on social media platforms.
- Prepare reports on daily & monthly basis.
- Support sales administration activities.

Requirement:

- Min SPM/Diploma
- Own Transport
- Required Skill : Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and basic bookkeeping.

Office: Putrajaya

Working Hour: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM (Mon - Fri)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
