Our client is looking for a Sales Manager, Surfactant.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Responsible for sales of surfactant ingredients to the personal care, home care and industrial portfolio.
- Manage direct sales to producers and distributors.
- Develop and implement sales plans to accomplish growth targets.
- Promote and execute sales & marketing activities.
- Liaise with customers on a day-to-day basis.
- Responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and building as well as developing new clients.
- Any ad-hoc projects as assigned.

**Role requirements**:

- A good Bachelor’s degree, preferably in General Science, Biochemistry, Chemistry or equivalent.
- At least 5-10 years of sales experience in surfactant industry.
- Knowledge and experience in SLS, SLES, ethoxylates, etc. will be preferable.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with people from all levels and good negotiator.
- Self-starter, proactive and has initiative.
- Dynamic, focused, and resilient.
- Regional travel is required.
