Responsible: - Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of our confinement food menu, ingredients, dietary requirements and delivery policies. - Be able to present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to customers. - Use product knowledge to make relevant recommendations and increase customer satisfaction. - Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their deliveries and address any delivery-related concerns. - Keep up with the marketing trend and develop marketing strategies to support the business expansion. - Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales. - To be actively involved in the search for business opportunities and new marketing tools to increase sales and ultimately improve the profitability of the Confinement Centre.
Started off as 1 small cafe, Brick House have grown into a diverse range of services to cater for their valuable customers. Over the years, Brick House have expanded it's wings to multiple cafes within the Klang Valley and is still in the progress for further expansion. Besides operating cafes, the Company also provides events management services including event space, catering & decorations. YES It is all done in-house Established in 2015, the Company continues to grow with the main focus still on FOOD. With teams on young talents from various backgrounds, the Company promises a fun-filled and enjoyable working experience to anyone to steps in.
