**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the full spectrum of human resource management functions.
- Manage and maintain accurate and timely payroll processes for all employees.
- Cultivate positive employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and conflicts effectively.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide guidance on employment laws and regulations to managers and employees.
- Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans.
- Identify training needs and design and implement training programs to address skill gaps.
- Implement initiatives to foster employee engagement and a positive work culture.
- Support employee retention efforts by addressing factors that contribute to turnover.

Qualification & Education Requirements:

- Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as a HR Generalist.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
