**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage the portfolio of clients assigned by developing and maintaining good client relationships.
- Monitor the time frame and work progress to ensure timely delivery of quality services to clients.
- Review and handle full set of accounts prepared by team members including reconciliation, receivables, payables, and month/year-end closing.
- Prepare audit schedules and liaise with our clients’ auditors in order to facilitate the audit process.
- Able to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- The work exposure includes delivering high quality financial accounts for a portfolio of diversified clients in different industries.
- To perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimal working experience (2 years or more) in the related field is required for this position; external audit working experience (1yr) is an added advantage;
- Good command in oral and written communication skills in English; Mandarin is an added advantage;
- Organised, detailed and deadline oriented.
- Strong analytical ability, positive thinking, problem solving skills.
- Sharp time management skills and able to work both independently and as a team.
- Fast learner and able to work under pressure with a teamwork based.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel and Accounting Software.

Our office is located at Bellisa Row, Jalan Burma (Pulau Tikus)

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
