**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Recruitment**:

- Responsible for the recruitment of retail and corporate level positions.
- In charge of recruitment initiatives by sourcing via multiple channels including screening resumes, shortlisting, conducting interviews, assessment and administering employment documentations.
- Ensuring that recruitment of approved positions is done within an agreed timeframe.
- Maintaining the total vacancy below 20% monthly.
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report, talent database and all related staffing communication to the Outsourced HR Partner & Head of Ops.

**Payroll Management**
- Assist in the coordination of new staff(s) on boarding process and orientation.
- Handle payroll activities of the company, including monthly payroll processing, preparation of payroll report and statutory payment, process, and update of staff employment status, etc.
- Handle statutory documents; payment & filling (EPF, EIS, SOCSO & Income Tax).
- Assist in implementing / administrating compensation and benefit plans such as staffs’ medical claim, overtimes, & leave record.
- Assist on providing comprehensive HR support - communicating HR policies, facilitating line management towards higher employee engagement and to support operations and to achieve company’s operational & strategic objectives.
- Responsible to keep abreast market salaries & benefits and other updates of staff within the fast retail industry versus the compensation trend in general.

**Foreign Workers Management**
- Liaise directly with IMM, FOMEMA, MYEG, KDN offices and Agency.
- Work closely with Accounts team on payment release to IMM fees.
- Arrange FOMEMA medical check-up appointment.
- Flight ticket purchase for any trip required.
- Liaise with Outsource Agency on manpower management.

**Training & Development**
- Assist on employee’s training arrangement - Aware of the current F&B governance policy and initiate/propose the relevant training to the operation.

**Administration**
- Assist on administer disciplinary issues (minor / major misconduct cases), and conduct domestic inquiries, if necessary.
- Assist in providing HR advice and support to line managers and employees, explaining procedures and policies in a timely effective manner.
- Ensure the managers are meeting the deadlines for the preparation and submission of HR related reports (such as Performance Appraisal submissions for confirmation) to the respective department.
- Maintain contact and coordination with Employment Dept, Immigration and other law enforcement authorities in relation to the Human Resource function.
- Assisting on minutes record for operation and management meeting.
- Documentation filing and ad hoc task as and when required.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
