**II. Major Functions**:Facilitating and improving the financial practices and procedures within a company or organization. Ensuring the company financials is well managed and healthy.

**III. Major Duties and Responsibilities**

**Finance**
- Implement and adhere to the company's or organization's financial procedures and policies
- Create efficient and effective methods for tracking financial data
- Use spreadsheets and sophisticated calculation software to gather and record financial information
- Coordinate and execute financial transactions and activities, such as bill payment, invoicing, payroll, purchase orders, delivery order etc.
- Assist in the audit process by providing information and data as requested
- Complete administrative tasks, such as filling out paperwork and filing records
- Create organized records and files SST taxes every 3 months.
- Analyse financial information for trends and errors
- Find solutions to discrepancies by working with other employees and correcting any erroneous information or calculations
- Prepare regular financial reports and assist in the presentation of reports to managers and executives
- Create and adhere to budgets for specific departments, projects, and business needs
- Answer questions from co-workers, clients, customers, or stakeholders regarding financial information or issues.
- Managing all internal and external communication with clients and represent the company.
- Processing financial documents associated vendors, partners and customers.
- Ensure our customers pay on time and sent a friendly reminder if their payment is overdue
- Prepare weekly sales transaction reports and prepare management report every months end to HOD.

**IV. Profile**

**Required Qualifications**:

- Degree or Diploma in Finance or Accounting
- 1-2 years working experience in a similar capacity.
- Added advantage if available immediate or within short-notice.

**Required Skills and Competencies**:
Experience in a business or finance environment; superior mathematical skills; honesty; integrity; reliability; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; exceptional attention to detail; organization and planning skills; critical thinking and problem-solving skills; research skills; analytical skills; listening skills; interpersonal skills; computer skills, particularly with accounting software and data entry; understanding of data privacy standards.

**V. Working Relationships**

**Internal**: Works closely with CEO, Admin and HR and HOD, Project Manager, and all staff of ADVGE.

**External**: Coordinates with suppliers, vendors, partners, and regulatory.

This job description covers the main tasks and conveys the spirit of the sort of tasks that are anticipated proactively from staff. Other tasks may be assigned as necessary according to organizational needs.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
