Bookkeeper/office Manager with Xero Experience

So what's the **Bookkeeper/Office manager **going to do?
Well you will oversee Xero book keeping, payroll and operational matters in Malaysia.
We want your help to take the business to the next level and bring in our international cultural values including openness, no gender or cultural divides as everyone should rewarded on ability and quality of output.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Control Xero ie the Purchase, sales & nominal ledger
- Support with HR and Office matters inc recruitment
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Manage monthly payroll & VAT/GST returns by market
Desired skills and experience:
- Min. 5 years experience in Finance and/or HR
- ACCA Qualified / Level 4 AAT or higher (or qualified by experience)
- Xero experience will be an added advantage
- Experience of finance in an international company will be an added advantage
- Understanding of financial practices in MY and the ability to research and implement in other countries including UK, Australia, Singapore, US and China
- Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Work well in a team but also comfortable using own initiative
- Resilience and ability to function under pressure
- Education: BA/BS Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin (read and write)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels
