**Summary**
- Maintain product regulatory compliance of Valiram products to related regulations of the products sold in all respective markets.

**Job Goals and Objectives**
- All regulatory affairs documents are reviewed and provided/submitted to respective government bodies in a timely manner from the principal.
- Ensures products are registered/compliant in time for sale in the stores or importation.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- May be responsible for any of Valiram active markets which includes:

- Hong Kong/Macau/Thailand/Indonesia - Assist with local regulatory request as needed.
- To support in other regulatory tasks (CITES/Electronics/Other regulatory bodies) when needed.
- Post Marketing Surveillance - Assisting Regulatory Affairs Manager in ensuring all the process and flow for Valiram regulated products are in place for all countries.
- Keep abreast the latest regulatory in APAC regulations.
- Aid in any ad-hoc task or job within the company.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills - Able to analyze the data/challenges provided and come out with regulatory strategies to solve the issue.
- People skills - to work well with people and with good communication and negotiation skills, polite, friendly with a positive attitude. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely - both verbal and written form.
- High-level attention to detail - To increase efficiency and minimize timelines.
- Self-motivated team member with high integrity quality.

**Qualification**

Minimum a bachelor’s degree in science major or related field. Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in regulatory management/affairs capacity, preferably in fragrance & cosmetics, retail, and FMCG.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
