**Job Summary**:
We are currently looking for Regulatory & Compliance Executive to support and ensure the organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies. This person will be working with Wilhelmsen Ship Management, team a comprehensive global maritime group providing over half of the merchant fleet with essential products and services, along with supplying crew and technical management to the largest and most complex vessels ever to sail.

Position: Regulatory & Compliance Executive

Location: Menara 1 Sentral - Kuala Lumpur

**What You'll Responsible For**:

- Support Management Centres in procurement and upkeeps of plans and certificates for compliance of OPA 90, Federal and State Specific requirements Marpol and Panama Canal related requirements and others
- Ensure all vessels trading to USA, Canada and others are entered into necessary agreements with QI, OSRO, SMFF and Media Management and state specific marine and spill response program
- Administration / Reconciliation of annual fee payment to resources contracted as QI / OSRO / SMFF / Media Management services on behalf of customers
- Maintain GHSEQ database of vessel, plans and compliance status

**Accountabilities**:

- Achievement of Yearly Targets for HSEQ Function’s AOP (Strategic Objectives)
- Achievement of Yearly Targets set during Employee Appraisal Process
- Feedback from WSM’s Organization (Internal Customer Feedback)
- 100% compliance of shipboard certification without causing vessel delays
- Timely submission of documentation to relevant authorities for approval

**What Experience and Skills Required**:

- We open to any related field, Diploma / Degree in HSEQ would be advantageous.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in related background. Shipping and Maritime background is a plus point, Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in English and Time Management.
