- To manage and organize firm administrative works and internal office matters.
- Filing, answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence.
- Report and support superior or other colleagues from time to time depending on the priorities of the company may assign you with ad hoc tasks, new job scope, and responsibilities.

Requirement
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chineses
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, accounting, and payroll software
- Confident, detailed oriented, and responsible in carrying out duties independently
