Job Title: Wedding Services Sales Executive

Job Summary:
The Wedding Services Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and generating revenue by promoting and selling wedding services. This role involves building relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored wedding solutions to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for the bride, groom, and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales:

- Identify and target potential clients through various channels including social media, referrals, bridal shows, and direct inquiries.
- Conduct consultations with couples to understand their vision, budget, and requirements.
- Develop and present customized wedding packages and proposals to meet clients' needs.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales.

2. Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the planning process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with other wedding vendors and partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

3. Event Coordination Support:

- Work closely with the event coordination team to ensure all client specifications are met.
- Assist in the planning and execution of wedding events, ensuring all details align with client expectations.

4. Marketing and Promotion:

- Participate in bridal shows, expos, and other promotional events to showcase wedding services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Utilise social media and other marketing tools to promote and get new clients.

5. Administrative Duties:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract details.
- Ensure completion of contracts, invoices, and other paperwork.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in wedding planning and sales.

**Experience**:

- 2-3 Years experience in sales job.
- Good in English and Malay.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.

**Salary**:

- Competitive base salary plus commission.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
