Sqkii is known for our flagship #HuntTheMouse campaign that gives away cold, hard cash to players who find hidden coins. If you’ve seen Singaporeans squatting in random spots, walking around with metal detectors, or sticking their heads under tablesyou’ve probably seen one of our games in action. Besides our hunts, we also create custom games that bring players on other real life adventures and virtual journeys through their mobile screens — they’re also super cool, just ask the mouse.

Right now, we’re bringing #HuntTheMouse beyond the shores of Singapore to other cities across Asia-Pacific. We visited 5 cities in just Q2 2023 alone, and oh boy do we have big plans ahead. Big plans = bigger team, so we’re on the hunt (ha) for someone who wants to hop onto this thrilling ride.

As our Customer Service Officer, you’ll be trusted with talking to and guiding the mouse’s human friends, i.e. Sqkii’s player community, so that they can always have tons of fun in the different games that we create. We’re looking for someone who’s great at helping others through their difficulties, and of course, we’ll hand you all the technical tips, tricks, and fairy dust that you need.

P.S. We work on a fully remote arrangement, so no one’s gonna know if you’re dishing out IT advice in your childhood pyjamas. If you’re the go-to helpline for your tech dinosaur friends, our Operations team is more than ready to meet you. Your move.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Acting as the first point of contact for player enquiries on Sqkii’s social media channels on Monday - Friday, 10am - 4pm and 6pm - 8pm; please note that this also applies during Public Holidays if there are active campaigns, with compensatory off-in-lieu provided accordingly
- Managing, troubleshooting, and resolving player enquiries in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner, based on established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Updating and liaising with internal departments on emerging trends and issues, and developing and documenting additional SOPs as required
- Documenting player enquiries detailedly and accurately in relevant documents and systems
- Performing other administrative duties as required during lull periods

**What you’ll need**:

- A high degree of self-motivation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
