**Tasks**
- Responsible for the overall business development activities for Industry Service (IS) Division in the areas of Chemical & Process Industry (CPI), Failure Analysis (FA) and Green Energy & Sustainability (GES) in Malaysia. Services include Third Party Inspections, NDT services, consultancy like Owner s Engineering, Project Management Consultancy (PMC), Lender s Engineering (LE), Risk and Hazard analysis, Process Safety and operation/maintenance/shut down inspection services in Chemical, Oil and Gas, and Process industry segments.
- ** Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Management team to conceptualize, develop and execute short term, mid-term and long-term business strategies to contribute to the business growth targets
- Responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market strategies to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets, including but not limiting to identification of new opportunities, markets, partnerships or alliances or M&A as well as new account acquisitions and key accounts development
- Collaborate with multi-stakeholders and decision makers at global, regional and divisional level as well as strategic partners in project negotiation, pricing strategies and project realization where applicable.
- Drive all business development initiatives in identified markets or segments including marketing, market research and competitive intelligence activities. Continuously identify business and market trends as well as opportunities for target.
- Monitor, review and analyze project progression to maximize the financial and business performance including receivable management.
- Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with clients, prospects and partners

**Qualifications**
- ** Key Requirement**:

- Minimum Degree in Engineering or in any discipline with at least 8 years of industry experience in Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Pipelines or Offshore and Power Generation industries
- Strong business acumen
- Established track records in business development or sales
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English language. Any other Asian language skills will be added advantage
- Experience in working with Third Party Inspections or consultancy companies will be preferred
- Broad cross-cultural and market exposure with strong network within Oil & Gas sector
- Target-driven personality but with high level of diplomacy to influence management to drive through business initiatives
