Answering incoming call and sorting of Incoming Mails
- Provide full admin support to the team and department
- Plan, budget and identify requirement of office furniture and equipment, facility and amenities for employees, purchases of office equipment, general facilities & etc
- Maintain a proper and user friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of the documents.
- Put up purchase requests for all approved purchases for the necessary approvals and verify invoices for the raised purchase upon delivery of goods and services
- Create and maintain useful database for the department
- Perform some research duties as and when required by team
- Assist the department head to maintain a proper attendance and tracking report of the department.
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
- Responsible for report preparation, analysis, negotiation and review of tenancy agreement, service contracts & etc
- Liaise with government body, tenants, supplier or vendors etc
- Liaise with property agents for leasing and develop new potential leasing opportunities
- Liaise with Valuer for valuation of companies' properties/warehouses
- Monitor monthly rental payment from tenants and manage tenants' complaints
- Maintain customer/agent contact listings and data
- Responsible for report preparation, analysis, negotiation and review of tenancy agreement, service contracts & etc

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
