Sale Executive

**Sales Executives** are the key point of contact between a company and its customers: manage sales-promoting products and services, building long-term commercial relationships, answering queries, offering advice/solution and introducing new products so customers will continue using the company for business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent sales services to existing and potential customers including sales call, follow up and appointment arrangement.
- Develop new business customers: cold calling, site visit and pitching. Find out clients’ needs and provide solutions.
- Manage day-to-day customer requests for quotation and information.
- Received and acknowledge order from customer, issue work order etc.
- To co-ordinate and follow up with internal & external parties on the delivery status and commitment date of all parts.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure responsiveness to customer requests.
- Other duties as assigned by the Superior as and when needed.

Qualifications:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills..
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
