Our products are sold across 15 countries, both direct-to-consumer online and in more than 10,000 retail stores - making more than 7 million periods better so far.

**Who we’re looking for / The role**:
Someone who enjoys the challenge of growing an insurgent consumer brand in the competitive and crowded retail environment. Someone who is obsessed over execution details to drive both sell-in and sell-out, but also able to think and plan strategically, including annual business planning with retailers, and is always on the lookout for sales / trade marketing opportunities.
You have an experimental and analytical mind, and like to be able to test and learn various promotional and trade activities so as to drive the highest ROI.
This role serves as a key member of our largest sales drivers. You’ll work alongside the founders, brand, design, marketing and cross-channel teams to strategize and execute the scale-up of our period care product sales to consumers through modern trade and other retail stores across Malaysia.
**Core Responsibilities**
**Driving Revenue Growth by Direct Account Management (60%)**
- Being the main point of contact with our retail partners, keeping a tight communication flow and building our relationships with them
- Planning & Execution: Formulate and execute our annual retail sales and trade marketing plan, aiming to achieve the company’s sales growth objectives and drive same store sales velocity growth
- Expand reach and distribution of Blood products by pitching and securing listings for new products in existing retailers, or getting more stores home-shelf for existing SKUs
- Manage and own sales revenue actuals vs forecast on an account, category, and SKU level
- Manage the spends on A&P and identify opportunities for the accounts to grow or ride on retailer programs
- Identify & prioritize any other opportunities for growth through our retail channels
**New channel development (20%)**
- Open new sales channels for the brand - Hunt, pitch and list our products into retailers across Malaysia, followed by ensuring a strong in-store launch
**Cross-functional collaboration (20%)**
- Collaborate with the Merchandising, Trade Marketing and Marketing functions for brand and retailer campaigns and promotions to grow our presence within stores, catch shopper attention, and create persuasive visuals & mechanics for POSMs, and finally merchandisers to deploy POSMs in stores whilst ensuring product availability and visibility in stores
- Align and communicate with Supply Chain and Finance teams for demand forecasting and order fulfillment to prevent OOS in stores, as well as monthly debit note and TTA reconciliation
**Skills & Qualifications**
1-4 years experience in one of the following: sales, marketing, business development, account management or project management
A teachable/coachable spirit - this is critical because you will be pulling the biggest levers of Blood’s growth
Organized & highly analytical self-starter who can manage multiple projects and figure out complex problems without a lot of oversight
Fast learner and a team player, while being detail-oriented
Good written and verbal communication skills
