Key Account Manager

If you are a passionate and proactive modern trade key accounts salesperson with experience in trade marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Key Account Manager who is responsible for developing existing and new business, driving sales growth and market share for the brands in Malaysia.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accountable to grow Health and Beauty distribution network and sales to achieve targets.
- Accountable for providing sales management support and developing related trade/marketing strategies to customers.
- Strong in managing/planning/executing trade marketing activities related to brick-and-mortar and e-commerce aspects.
- Good in negotiation and maintaining effective long-term trading relationships with customers.
- Result-oriented with strong analytical skills and detailed in number figures, ability to analyze performance data.
- Setting, monitoring, and controlling revenue and trade spending to meet monthly/annual budget, P&L, and business KPIs.
- Have a sense of trade & marketing in supporting 360 business development of brand plans and strategy.
- Strong in capturing market potential and customer requirements; accordingly, tailor the product mix offering to the channel.
- Work closely with internal teams about managing related other functions which helps efficiently run the business.
- Ensuring the orders are secured and delivered on time and working with cross-functional teams to meet customer and business requirements
- Managing day-to-day business planning and relationships, and new business development.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of Sales experience in FMCG
- Experience in the Health & Beauty category would be advantageous
- Strong understanding of H&B channel, preferably Watsons and Sasa
- Proven ability to range new products in the retail chain, trade marketing activities, and retailer relationships.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor of Commerce/Marketing or other relevant tertiary qualifications would be advantageous.
