Our business involves total home solution providing furnished home living furniture products such as living area set, kitchen design set, curtain fabrication and bedroom set. We have our own furniture production factory and retail showrooms within klang valley. In line with our 2024 business plan, we are seeking dynamic person to assume this role which requires extensive experience and knowledge in pushing our marketing plan and activities to greater heights and drive more sales.

As the Marketing & Promotions Manager, you will play an essential role in driving our growth and enhancing our brand presence in the market. You will lead our marketing efforts, devising strategies to promote our products, engage with customers and maximize revenue opportunities. This position offers the opportunity to combine your creative flair with strategic mindset to achieve tangible business results.

**Key Responsibility**

1. Develop and execute effective marketing strategies across traditional and digital channels.

2. Develop, maintain & promote the organization's products, brand image, services, and offerings

to the target market in the region.

3. Plan & organize Sales Roadshow and campaign to promote Road tour event.

4. Manage, audit, and maintain owned digital media including creating relevant and engaging

digital contents.

5. Grow social media presence and ensure best practices are in place.

6. Track and report performance metrics of digital marketing campaigns. Identify trends and

insights to optimize spend and performance.

7. Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer

touch points, identify critical conversion and drop-off points.

8. Conduct market research to identify the needs and preferences of the target market in the

region, as well as staying updated on industry trends and emerging opportunities.

9. Develop and maintain relationships with Sales Outlets, artist and influencer to secure positive

coverage and increase visibility for company.

10. Strategize & manage Marketing Team to produce digital/conventional content, poster and any

related marketing job.

11. Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials, presentations, and other

resources that support their sales efforts and help them close more deals.

12. Develop and manage the marketing budget for the region, allocating resources effectively, and

ensuring that expenditures are within the budget.

13. Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing

regular updates to the senior management team, and making recommendations for

improvement.

14. Collaborate with other departments within the organization, such as sales, operations, and

customer service, to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with the overall goals of

the organization.

**Requirements / Qualification**

▪ Diploma or degree in marketing or communications

▪ Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably

within the internet/social networking industry.

▪ Proven track records on campaigns and integrated campaign management

▪ Functional knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, digital advertising, social media

and image editing apps.

▪ Collaborative attitude, exceptional organizational and strong interpersonal skills

▪ Data-oriented and self-motivated with attention to detail and creative thinking skills

▪ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

▪ Excellent marketing skills, with the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies

▪ Strong digital marketing skills, with experience in developing and implementing campaigns

across various channels

▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

▪ Strong budgeting skills

▪ Strong leadership and management skills

▪ Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia

▪ Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and

meet targets.

▪ Willingness to travel within the Malaysia

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
