**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as managing office supplies and maintaining office environment.
- Assist superior with ad-hoc projects and duties when required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a diploma in Human Resources, Business Administrative or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Internship Period starts from April 2024 - 3 months and above.
- Required language: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- 寻找何时候选人,安排面试,和进行初步筛选来协助招聘流程。
- 协助人力资源团队提供行政工作,包括数据输入,归档和准备文件。
- 协助举办员工团建活动和各种公司活动。
- 协助处理行政任务,录入管理办公用品和维护办公环境。
- 随时协助上级处理不时分派的任务或职责。

**工作要求**:

- 目前正在修读大专人力资源,商业管理或相关领域的文凭。
- 良好的沟通和人际交往能力。
- 较强的组织和时间管理能力,能够有效的处理多项任务并确保优先顺序。
- 熟练使用Ms Office。
- 能够保守机密并谨慎处理敏感信息。
- 需有积极主动和愿意学习良好态度。
- 实习期从2024年4月开始- 至少3个月或以上。
- 语言要求: 中文,英文和马来文。

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
