1. Answering customer questions, providing information, taking and processing orders and addressing complaints
2. Answering phone calls and calling customers and vendors to follow up on appointments and deliveries Assist.
3. Compiling and maintaining records of office business transactions
4. Accurate logging of payments received from providers and patients while maintaining current records and balances
5. Collecting co-payments or other fees upon admittance
6. Great written and verbal communication skills.
7. Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM1,273.46 - RM2,500.00 per month
