Skills **:Excellent English, Minimum 8 years experience in General HR, Industrial Relation, Employee Relation, Payroll, Recruitment and etc, Strong knowledge in Employment acts, Experience in supervise a HR team**

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in General HR, Industrial Relation, Employee Relation, Payroll, Recruitment, Training and etc
- Knowledge in Employment Act and Industrial Relation Act
- Committed at work, result oriented and diplomatic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle the full spectrum of the HR functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training, performance management, employee relations, industrial relations and payroll administration
- Handle human resources daily operation, policy, planning and strategic.
- Manage employee relation and industrial relation matters.
- Upkeep the employee handbook, terms & conditions and policies.
- Handling employees’ insurance policies and coverage.
- Proper employees’ files and HR2000 software.
- Organise the yearly Company sport day, dinner, teambuilding or activities for the employees’ participation
- Any other related tasks assigned by the Company as and when required.

**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
