Sales Admin Customer Service

Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Be the main liaison between Sales and Operations to ensure smooth communication of customers' order requests for accurate and timely delivery of laminates.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Business/ Administration/ Management.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin (additional advantage).
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Oral and written communication skills
- Independent working and decision-making skills
- Pleasant personality, result-oriented, fast learner, and able to work under pressure
- Proven experience in administrative positions will be considered a plus
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
