**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Writer or similar role.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a deep understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Proficiency in crafting engaging and persuasive copy for social media posts.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and tools for content scheduling and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Creativity and ability to adapt content to fit various social media platforms.
- Strong visual communication skills to select or create accompanying images and graphics.
- Understanding of SEO and how it applies to social media content.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and take feedback constructively.
- Awareness of current events, pop culture, and internet trends.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with influencer marketing and collaboration.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising and content promotion

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
